Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and part details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the uninstalled item in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Send the package back to our Wichita, Kansas facility using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement part within 3-5 business days.
